On Tuesday, April 2, HMPRG’s Center for Long-term Care Reform hosted an Economic Security Lunch and Learn on the implementation of the Colbert Consent Decree: Illinois' Olmstead lawsuit, which requires that individuals who reside in a nursing facility in Cook County have the option to transition back to the community if they desire.
Two speakers presented on housing, long-term care reform, and the Colbert implementation:
