Community Support for Incarcerated Youth at Austin Town Hall

Health & Medicine and our Court-Involved Youth Project invite you to “Community Support for Incarcerated Youth” on Friday September 18 at Austin Town Hall.

Healthcare, mental health, and social service providers who work with youth who are or have been involved in the juvenile justice system are invited to join us for this community convening, which is specifically targeted at those working in the 60644, 60623, 60624,  60620, 60628 zip codes. Attendees will have the opportunity to:

  • Network with community providers
  • Hear from juvenile justice staff, providers working with LGBTQ youth, advocates for trauma-informed care, leaders in youth-affirming sexual health care, and individuals supporting records relief  
  • Discuss what you and your organization need to better support justice-involved youth and all young people
