On Friday, February 19, 2016 at PCC Wellness, Health & Medicine and our Court-Involved Youth Project hosted a convening for healthcare providers, service providers, and people working in juvenile justice on “Sharing Learning to Support Incarcerated Youth.”
The city-wide skill share provided an opportunity for advocates, practitioners, and providers to learn about successful policies and practices
local organizations are implementing to help ensure consistent links to care for youth
leaving the juvenile justice system. We are also hosting this convening on Friday, February 26 at the University of Chicago SSA. Click here for more details.
