Nominations are now open for our 2020 HMPRG Awards. Health & Medicine has been astounded at the breadth and depth of support we have seen throughout the Covid-19 crisis, and how many people have come together to support those most at risk.

Help us celebrate the public health champions in our community who transform and improve the lives and well-being of all, both every day and in times of crisis by nominating an individual and organization in our community who exemplifies Health & Medicine’s mission to promote social justice and challenge inequities in health and health care.

The Awards are open to anyone – from health care professionals to volunteers, academics, advocates, and community members – whose ideas, vision, action, and activism have positively impacted health and health equity in our community.

Nominations are due by July 1st, 2020. We hope to be able to honor winners in person at our 2020 HMPRG Awards on Friday, September 25 at the Chicago Cultural Center. But as we all know, there is uncertainty about holding public events in the coming months. We will keep you updated as the time nears.
