Nominations are now open for our 2023 Health & Medicine Awards!

Help us celebrate the public health champions in our community who transform and improve the lives and well-being of all—both every day and in times of crisis—by nominating an individual or organization who exemplifies Health & Medicine’s mission to build power and momentum for social justice and health equity in Illinois.

From health care professionals to volunteers, academics, advocates, and community members, the awards are open to anyone whose visions and actions have positively impacted health and health equity in our community.

Winners and nominators will be notified by mid-July. Awardees will be honored at our Awards Gala on September 20, 2023.
