Nominations are now open for our 2022 Health & Medicine Awards. Help us celebrate the public health champions in our community who transform and improve the lives and well-being of all, both every day and in times of crisis, by nominating an individual or organization in our community who exemplifies Health & Medicine’s mission to promote social justice and challenge inequities in health and health care. We hope to honor winners in person at our 2022 HMPRG Awards on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at Ignite Glass Studios in Chicago.

The Awards are open to anyone—from health care professionals to volunteers, academics, advocates, and community members—whose ideas, vision, action, and activism have positively impacted health and health equity in our community. Nominations are due by Monday May 16, 2022.
