Public Health Employer Partners Wanted for Good Jobs Challenge

Health and Medicine is seeking employers to partner with Good Jobs Challenge, an equityfocused workforce development initiative that will improve the regional and industry stability in Chicago’s health sector. As the convener of this grant, Health & Medicine is committed to addressing your workforce needs, challenges, and shortages by creating sustainable partnerships with training providers and wraparound service providers. Partnering with Good Jobs Challenge is not only an investment in a diverse workforce but an investment in your own organization. In addition to attracting talent with the training and skills necessary to thrive at your organization, Good Jobs Challenge funds wraparound services to reduce barriers for your employee participants. This is a once-in-a-generation investment in securing the longevity of the Public Health workforce and cultivating new partnerships that will help your organization reach its long-term workforce goals.
