Financial Guidance
Financial literacy coaching equips trainees with the knowledge and tools to build family and community wealth. LISC Chicago and Metropolitan Financial Services offer both individual and group coaching sessions, virtually or in person.

Career Coaching
Career services, provide support and guidance in starting and navigating career opportunities.

Essential Resources
Transportation assistance, child and adult care, healthcare assistance, mental health support, job-related or personal counseling, incidentals (shoes, badges, uniforms, eyeglasses and tools), financial coaching, access to technology, follow-up services, immigration support for documentation, legal aid, substance abuse support, adult education and GED preparation, English as a second language education, and disability support.
